Agreement
ClientFlow AI is software for business use. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of customer and business data you enter into the platform.
- You must only message people where you have appropriate permission or consent.
- AI-generated drafts are suggestions and must be reviewed by your business before sending.
- You must not use ClientFlow AI for spam, illegal, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized messaging.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including messaging, privacy, and consumer protection requirements.
Acceptable use
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the platform is being misused, used in violation of these terms, or used in a way that creates risk for customers, recipients, or the service.
Service availability
ClientFlow AI is provided as-is during early development and beta stages. Features may change, and occasional interruptions may occur. We work to improve reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientFlow AI LLC and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.
